TACO SOUT
Submitted by Unknown on May 09, 2012

A quick hot meal for a cold winter
night. This only takes
15mins to cook and is very easy. All
you need is a 4 quart pot and a can
opener.

Servings:
6

Complexity:
Very Easy

Total Time:

Ingredients:
1lb. Hamburger
1lg. Onion– diced
1 15oz can kidney Beans, White or Brown your call
1 15oz can Chili Flavored Beans– like Van De Camp
1 15 oz Corn
1 15oz can Chopped Tomatoes– I use two of the Ro-Tel
Tomatoes with cilantro and lime
1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 15 oz can of Refried Beans, low fat if you prefer
1 4 1/2 oz can chopped green chilies, your preference of mild
or hot
1/2 cup of water

Directions:
Brown hamburger and diced onions until translucent in a large
pot.
DO NOT DRAIN MEAT OR CANS
Add all other ingredients that you like on your tacos.

Cook's Notes:
Try it with crushed up corn chips and serve the soup on top of
that with cheese, avocados, cilantro, sour cream and chopped
tomatoes.
