General Information
The homeowner association currently provides landscaping maintenance services for the common areas and the front yards. We maintain the streets, main sidewalks, entrances, pool and spa, sport court and other common area elements.
Individual homeowners/residents are responsible for maintaining the outside and inside of the home, including the roof, fences, backyard landscaping, entry walkways, hardscape, renewing landscaping, all utilities, insurance for the structure and contents and liability coverage. The front yards are part of the parcel of land owned by the individual homeowner and are not common area.
Any changes to the external appearance of the home and visible landscaping must be approved, IN ADVANCE, by the homeowner association. (See "How do I???" for more information on this.)
Parking overnight on the streets is NOT allowed. There is a visitors parking lot by the pool. Parking of personal vehicles in driveways is allowed.
